    Best to avoid working there!
    The good thingsDrivers can drive the company vehicles back to their own home, cash card & diesel payment all provided by the boss.
    The challenges1) No work life balance 2) Working beyond 12-hrs shift 3) Some drivers not being cooperative & picky when assigned assignments. E.g. Repetitive job orders by customers, job location too far from them. 4) Last minute assignments by customers within 5 mins' notice. 5) Need to be back in action immediately after lunch break. 6) Unfixed lunch breaks
