    The good thingsThis company is good because when I had trouble they were able to lend a helping hand and help me get through. They do truly care about their employees. They even gave Ang Bao during Chinese New Year's period.
    The challengesOnly trouble is lunch break is only 45 minutes, would prefer 1 hour.

    The good thingsGive all departments the authority to decide this work pace and method. Less control over individual decision in work. Just monitor on profit and loss. No interfere over the department workload and customer feedback.
    The challengesLow pay increment and low bonus each year. Only care about profit and loss, did not care about problem between departments.
