    4 YEARS GIVE A SERVICE AT THIS COMPANY AND EVERY YEAR RECEIVED A FAKE HOPE ABOUT AN INCREMENT OF SALARY.
    The good thingsGOOD SHIFT PATTERN AND YOU HAVE A LOT OF OFF-DAY BECAUSE YOU NEVER GET AN OT.
    The challengesWORK LOAD AT WORKPLACE IS NOT SUITABLE WITH YOUR BASIC SALARY. MORE WORK LOAD AND PAYLESS. FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE GET AN INCREMENT ONLY 10$ PER YEAR.

    Good experience but low salary
    The good thingsEasy going supervisor and well thought out training plans and site manager willing to listen to your opinions as well as willing to teach things.
    The challengesVery low basic salary with virtually no increment. After I was confirmed there was no increment although they said there will be.
