    Good company for retirement
The good thingsThe company have 13 months and a bonus. Not much of mico management.
The challengesNo yearly increment. Everyone gets the same bonus and 13 months, whether you are working or not. If you can work, more work and complaints will come to you. People who have worked there long are safe. If you are new, then good luck.

    Good Experience
The good thingsThe staff are friendly and helpful.Though I have not been working as a receptionist cum admin for a very long time i was confident to carry out my duty well..Despite my age (54 yrs old) they treat everyone the same. The Managers are great especially from the HR Dept. From my observation staff do help one another in times of need .There are a good bunch of people very nice.
The challengesReception there is only one staff and accounts staff will have to cover you whenever you leave the office esp.doing mailing, to post office. They are busy with their own duty.Sometimes not to disturb them i will do mailing letter, buying stamps etc during my lunch hour. The STRESS that i feel is having to LOOK OUT for the boss and pressing the button to open the door for him.
