    The challengesRelatively low wages in the industry, imbalance workload among the staff, extreme micromanagement and bureaucratic with less flexibility from management, redundant meetings with one way communication between department, difficulty in instructing 3PL service provider, lag behind the industry in term of digitalization and work force management
