    The good thingsOne of the things I like about the team is that they help each other in needs of time. they will also support you when you are lost and the never stop learning attitude that they send their staff to basic course for them to learn.

    The challengesYou cant learn much especially when you're in a small outlet. Some of the chefs in the kitchen have a very traditional mindset which makes it difficult for others to work. No teamwork and love to blame each other.
