    The good thingsAble to learn many thing here. Employee have to fully independent because you have to do everything by yourself.
    The challengesCompetitive pricing for the product for marketing. It would be better if you are working on high gross margin equipment department.

Flexible working hours and task orientated. Opportunities to explore wider field of application of variety machine types. Multi national company, work with people with diversities.
    The challengesFrequent travel, hard to maintain ownership of certain projects. Miscommunication with customer due to different objectives or blur problem identifications. Culture difference between different regions, need to adapt to local ethic accordingly.

    The good thingsWorking environment is great and the knowledge obtained during my service in the company have broaden. The opportunity to travel around the world to serve different customer does enriched my experience in dealing and working with all kind of nice people.
    The challengesMust always be alert and focus on work, my customers in the semiconductor industry have very high expectation in efficiency and productivity. The sophisticated technology that I am dealing with is very costly, hence no foolish mistake is acceptable.
