The challengesBlood sucking company, long working hours, minimum pay with no benefits and perks. Very mediocre but egoistic management. Employees look to managers for direction, not independent enough. They don’t even have a proper customer service team to handle customers enquiries and complaints. Not very systematic and accountability. They really should improve on their customer service.
