    The good thingsJust a big brand company. Nothing much about this company with so many bad reviews about the service. Wouldn’t recommend to work here. Many gossips in the office.
    The challengesBlood sucking company, long working hours, minimum pay with no benefits and perks. Very mediocre but egoistic management. Employees look to managers for direction, not independent enough. They don’t even have a proper customer service team to handle customers enquiries and complaints. Not very systematic and accountability. They really should improve on their customer service.

    i am a former employee of lazada philippines
    The good thingsi enjoy the time im working in lazada.suddenly i am under agency so they hired me as seasonal.but i learn more about the process.i have a lot of experience there.and im verry happy part of the team
    The challengesi think they need to care there employee..so that the employee dont need to resign or transfer to other company...i think theres a problem also in management

    The good thingsThe environment is conducive when comes to work. The staff are supportive depending on the nature of the objective.
    The challengesThe management seems to be disjointed from the staff. It seems that the objective may be nice on paper but materialization is a huge challenge with a management who is more concerned of bringing profits and good things instead of looking of it being doable and staff motivation
