    Beautiful Products from KLOSH
    The good thingsKLOSH is really good in curating wonderful products. I am proud to be in the design team. During my 1 year's stint with KLOSH,I had created 6 collections of products which sell really well in the stores. This gives me a lot of satisfaction & build confidence in my work. I hope I can continue to work for this company on project basis. I love the culture of this company.
    The challengesMy mandarin is not good, Sometimes I find it hard to communicate with my colleagues.

    Small Company with Big Ideas
    The good thingsWorking environment is really warm and cosy. Bosses have great vision for the company and are innovative. Most importantly, they are willingly to work closely & share their ideas with the team.
    The challengesBosses have great expectations from the team. As a newbie, I struggled a bit initially but after a few months, I had become accustomed to my work. In fact, I have learned to enjoy the challenges.

    The good thingsThe coworkers are very friendly and will go all the way to help. Flexible hours.
    The challengesAlot of OT hours. Salary not on time. Doing things that is not in my jobscope apparently is normal to the management. Things have to pay for yourself if it was an honest mistake, the management will never cover for you Warehouse conditions have always been bad

    The good thingsDid not learn anything, all from my own experience.
    The challengesDoing things that is not related to my job scope (graphic designer), like packing products, doing retail at their outet which is complusory, nothing related to my designer scope. Did not learn anything design related basically.
