Good exposure if you are keen on learning

The good thingsThe management is quite approachable and they are willing to listen to your problems plus they will take note of your pros and cons in order for you to excel in your career with them

The challengesThere are times you need to think out of the box and if you are kind that is good in problem solving. This will be a good place to work for

Holding few posts in a position

The good thingsBoss is good, but not able to make firm decision and action to plans. The management is not able to delegate out authority out. Thus end up everyone in the company will go directing to the management for instruction. It a traditional company, not able to break through.

The challengesEveryone in the company hold more than the responsible to their position.
