    The good thingsMid size company which is good for an independent role, with opportunity to work with multiple departments. Good learning ground and good colleagues.
    The challengesJapanese management with focus on discipline, quality and control. Sometimes, need to adjust to manage local workforce. Communication barrier may exists from time to time. Poor control and management of some personnel, letting them get away with stuff.

    The good thingsLearn about Japanese culture, TOP Management (MD, CEO, Directors) from Japan). Initiative of improvement to cut off the waste. improve on the quality works and life , focus workers safety consideration.
    The challengesLocal Management - Managers fully experiences in stamping and plating industry. The challenges would be always badly impact by the semiconductor business. Many of the competitor pull out the business from Singapore or joint with other partnership to continue survive.
