    Collaborative work culture
    The good thingsPlenty of collaborative work within various departments. The management team is approachable and has an open-door policy.

    Amazing work culture!
    The good thingsKONE has a collaborative culture. Management is approachable and open to suggestions; no airs. Constantly looking out for ways to make improvements. Plenty of opportunities to grow --- seen many cases of cross-functional/regional transfers. Recognition is also given to those who deserve it.

    The good thingsThey treat everyone fair whether you are low key person. Good, holistic environment working place. The management are very friendly and humble. Almost everyone in the company talks to everyone. The management really takes good care of their low key staff welfare. Every forth month, we do have a staff retreat such as outing to sungei buloh or watch Jurassic World in J8 with the Jamiyah Ophanage.
    The challengesThere are times when i have to juggle with distributing of uniforms with the technician while attending the phone. It is a bit challenging as i have to run in the store to get the uniform for them and rush back to the reception to handle the phone.
