    Comfortable engineer job with market pay; Not the best place for learning and career growth.
    The good thingsGood colleagues. Pay is within market range. Drinks and biscuits provided in pantry. Staff not required to work as Long hours as other construction firms (unless major operation ongoing). Allowance for OT (hourly; not pegged to pay rate) Annual leave, Childcare leave, Extended lunar new year leave.
    The challengesLack of structured roles and responsibilities. Lack of staff in-house / external training. Lack of mentors. Lack of proper filing system. High turnover rate. Lack of AWS/Bonuses scheme Weak HR system. Management may be more concerned over results than processes. Lack of company staff bonding sessions.
