No work or life balance and stressful
The good thingsEven thou with not so high education level, company would give opportunity to those who is willing to learn and work their way up.
The challengesCompany is strict because of handling F & B services but should not neglect a worker's health, work and life balance system and stressful in job scope wise. Salary of worker should be adjusted in due of position given.
