It depends what your are looking for in this organization
The good things*Salary is above average for vessel crew compared to other local harbor towage companies *Supportive crewing manager *The brand and fleet size is there in local industry
The challenges*3 on 1 off shift rotation with unpredictable overtime if required (zero work-life balance) *Locals are placed onboard run-down old harbor tugs while foreigners are placed on newer/younger harbor tugs *Management does not seems to take action in improving work schedules for vessel crew although feedbacks have been given.

    Ever demanding harbour job
The good thingsI manage to pick up skills maneuvering a harbour craft. Working closely with pilots and dock masters. Navigating around singapore waters. Working long hours is a norm. Working under alot of pressure while making sure your crew is safe and to prevent any property damage. It is a job not for the faint hearted.
The challengesIrregular working hours, Little to no work/life balance ,
