    Good Organization. Excellent working culture, but with some office politics. Operation driven and empowered. Sales function as support while maintaining account ownership.

    The challengesHigh turnover and unclear work and responsibility assignment. Segregated process for simple task performance. Confusing task ownership vs function. Unemphatic regional management. Lack of global support.

    The good thingsIt is a great place to learn and acquire the knowledge required to thrive in the freight forwarding industry. The exposure and state of the art freight forwarding systems in the company, enable us to be in the fore front of the industry.
    The challengesThe work load is rather high, and we need to manage our time in a professional way to ensure that all the work and projects are completed in the stipulated time line. If there are urgent deadline to meet, we are expected to work through the weekend.
