    Great but there is some serious issues
    The good thingsI had a positive experience with my colleagues and team leader at work as they were supportive, friendly, and accommodating. The working environment was also pleasant and flexible. However, the HR department failed to follow through on their promise of a bonus as per the contract, and attributed it to a miscommunication. Despite this issue, overall, I enjoyed my time working there. Would have given a full star rating if not for the above mentioned issues.
    The challengesMeeting the production target of a certain number of machines, which required a significant amount of effort and coordination. Additionally, there were various troubleshooting tasks that needed to be addressed, which added to the complexity of the production process.

    The challenges- 30 mins of break time - Despite learning a lot of things, low pay for work done - In spite of their promises of job stability, you could be retrenched even if you are a permanent employee

    I love my time working there but its time for me to move on and gain more experiences in other company.
    The good thingsThe bosses and leader had guided me well during my experiences in K&S. I had a lot good collegues. They have guided me well too and gave me the opportunity to strive in K&S.

    The challengesBenefits & welfare of this company has to be reviewed again. In addition, career advancements given are not proper. Those with multiple skills, can multi task & usefulness are at times being neglected being promoted. This happened several times.

    The good thingsWorked in the afternoon shift with a great working environment, nice colleagues. The building is new hence it's very clean. Workload is manageable. They train you to work on the machines. The work can be repetitive if you're under production. Salary wise, it's more than other companies. Working hours is also less than other companies which pays lower. Company cares for their employees welfare, there are company bonding activities every few months.
    The challengesThey have retrenchment every year, if you're a contract worker, there are higher chances of you getting retrenched.

    The good thingsGood startup if you are a freshman from Polytechnic. Or for those who were working in other fields and wanted to have a career shift to engineering.
    The challengesDepends who you get as your trainer. There are trainers who really interested to teach you and some who is not willing to teach.Other then that this company is a fine company to work with.
