The good thingsWork life balance was good. The employers were really nice to all of us and helpful.
The challengesThe only thing challenging with working there is the kids. Some of them are rowdy. You would have to have a lot of patience if you plan to work here

Develop interpersonal skills and learn to work under pressure.
The good thingsThe greatest advantage for working in Kumon was flexible timing in working. Employers were kind and generous in terms of trusting employees who do not have prior experience in the field and provided great training.
The challengesAlthough it is inevitable, one of the greatest challenges would be working alone, as I prefer to work with colleagues as a team.

    Good and
The good thingsWe were like a big family,no scolding and under-estimate to kids..Teachers were patience and can teach kids until they really understand the topics..Principle also can guide to new trainee teacher on how to teach kids in different ways
The challengesSome kids didn't like to go for this class but we have to build their interest on this..Every teacher must take a test too to make sure we really understand it before teaching to kids..Some clever students may not concentrate on what you are teaching because they can understand easily
