Company that's expanding with opportunities for growthThe good thingsThe company has helped me to grow professionally by providing learning, training opportunities. The environment is rather conducive as most colleagues are helpful and friendly. (not all though)
The challengesHowever, it's rather slow moving. Good for work life balance. Many people who are seeking semi-retirement working here. The pace of work is too slow for the young. Weak management with decisions changing frequently. HR does not believe in providing more incentives/ differentiation to attract/ retain talent. No such thing as flexi work arrangement. Perhaps, it is unable to do so due to its status as a charity.
