    Nice colleagues, nice working environment
    The good thingsI used to work under Kyocera Elco Singapore. This is my 1st job after graduation, the working environment is good, all colleagues is helpful. they will not hesitate to help new staff.
    The challengesThis is a Japan company, hence there are stuffs which is adopting to Japan culture. the challenge i have there during my tenure there is that we need to have a daily 'reading' session before start work. which i find it waste of time and not productive at all
