    Great company to work for.
The good thingsThe parent company keeps acquiring new companies to keep up with competition and bring in new business teams and processes, thus adding more clients. The year over year growth is quite stable and have never seen a negative growth. Employees are rewarded with promotions and awards for their best contributions.
The challengesThere isn't much innovation or growth when you work in one of the offices in Asia. The lead strategy and chance to innovate is only in the US. Some times you really don't feel part of the company because some processes are not really defined, or defined but not followed. The company still operates as a separate entity so there isn't much teamwork or interactions between teams in all the subsidiaries and/or parent company.

An excellent company which invests in your career development
The good thingsA company which truly invests in grooming talented people. Senior management values feedback and this is a positive thing. Great colleagues. A very professional environment. Being a global company, less emphasis on strict working hours.
The challenges1. If you work as an individual contributor with an overseas line manager, it could get a bit lonely and stressful 2. Need to be flexible to be involved in late night/early morning calls. Work/life balance can suffer. 3.More suited for single people w/o family commitment.

    Pretty meh
The good thingsPeople were nice, quite a chill environment but when work came, everyone worked together. Boss was pretty decent too, so it definitely helped with the work environment.
The challengesNot enough food places around, and it can be a little inaccessible too. The free shuttle buses were a little too inconsistent.

    Encounter with employer
The good thingsI did have a positive and accomodating line manager. There was a handful of working collegues who work very hard in their positive attitude above the odds and they made an impact and was an inspiration.
The challengesThere were complex processes that went wrong and that could be simplified. Insensitive to employees' needs resulting to staff has no balance in work life. Careless and not motivated team leads that are disappointing.
