Great company to work for.The good thingsThe parent company keeps acquiring new companies to keep up with competition and bring in new business teams and processes, thus adding more clients. The year over year growth is quite stable and have never seen a negative growth. Employees are rewarded with promotions and awards for their best contributions.
The challengesThere isn't much innovation or growth when you work in one of the offices in Asia. The lead strategy and chance to innovate is only in the US. Some times you really don't feel part of the company because some processes are not really defined, or defined but not followed. The company still operates as a separate entity so there isn't much teamwork or interactions between teams in all the subsidiaries and/or parent company.
