    The good thingsIt is my greatest pleasure to work in Lagardere Travel Retail. I work as a retail associate for over 10 years, handle costumers everyday from different country, finding the best souvenir for them. I find joy in making my customers happy, leaving them a good impression of our shop. The company also ensures that our skill set are always relevant with catered trainings. Furthermore, everyone is friendly and supportive, we have cohesion activities routinely.

    The good thingsWorking for Lagardere Travel Retail as Human Resources Team has been a fantastic experience. I've worked here for over 10 years now and every day is a new experience. Lagardere Travel Retail has provided me many opportunities so far and is a great place to work and strives for a friendly, team-oriented environment , and are always ready to provide assistant to learn new skills. Getting to talk to different people and showing them exactly what they need is always so fun, and it's never a dull day at work .Furthermore, everyone in the company is super friendly, we have lunch or dinner together to celebrate achievement or festival. Coming to work every day has been easy and enjoyable because it's not like coming to work it's like coming to see your extended family. I am really excited to see what the future holds for me within Lagardere Travel Retail.

    A Very Happy Big Family
    The good thingsI've been with Lagarder Travel Retail for almost 8 years as Senior Retail Supervisor, and I'm proud to be part this family. The reason that I said "Family" is as in Lagarder everyone feels belong like one Happy Big Family. Their understanding, caring and supportive for us are beyond comprehend. Working in an environment and meeting different nationalities can be exhilarating and fun and never a dull moment. I've been given opportunity to learn and expand my knowledge in areas of my desired. Thank you Lagarder Travel Retail for caring, listening to our needs and giving us opportunities in areas we could only dream of.
    The challengesnot much but adaptation to the airport hours. Indeed very interesting to meet up with different travelers from all parts of the world.

    Stress free environment
    The good thingsI learned more experiences , professional Trainings provided by the company. Great working environment. To engage and provide shopping experience to customers. Annual performance and feedback reviews. Special discounts to permanent Fulltime staff with free one way transport. They are giving CAG vouchers monthly and quarterly depending on our customer service performance. They provide us company uniform and monthly laundry allowance .
    The challengescompany transport to send us home not on time. Some transport services are smell cigarette smoke inside the cab or van.
