    The good things- Direct supervisor is very reasonable, sees and recognises your action and supportive - Amazing teamwork reflected inside team - Everyone has a chance to speak out irregardless their being new - Technical skill will be most developed - OT / Standby pay
    The challenges- Work/life balance is impacted when it is a busy period - Sometimes you have to OT depending on the nature of the daily task - Some of perks and benefits are somewhat below average market in Semicon industry
