    The good thingsThe employee welfare and benefits are good like medical and hospitalisation , AWS, variable bonus (performance base) , annual pay adjustment, freedom to select skills training of your choice, education bursaries scheme for child in tertiary education, caring management. Most of the brands are actually leader in the categories.
    The challengesChallenges are aplenty in an FMCG market leader organisation but the KPIs are not set at ridiculous expectations that it cannot be achieved.

    My Experience in Lam soon
    The good thingsOverall I would say Lam soon staff is all very friendly and welcoming to you as being part of their family. Most of the company benefit \\for the staff is very good. For example once a year there will be a company trip, and for medical issue, there is always a company doctor.
    The challengesIt would be better if the pay for a normal merchandiser is much higher. The working hour for a normal merchandiser is not fix as there is many unforeseen incident as and when. So if the basic salary for a merchandiser can be adjusted, that will be great. Thank you
