    The good thingsExcellent freedom for innovation, creativity & maximizing productivity. All people are focused towards the goal alined with strategic objectives of the company. Good salary package too compared to market. Good facilities are given to employees including medical insurance etc. Company takes care of everything what one can expect.
    The challengesBalancing work-life with personal life which is always a concern for a construction companies. This is different particularly working at site only.

    Good career progression
    The good thingsThis being my first job, it was pretty challenging. However, you get to learn a lot if you have the right mentor to guide you. However, the team I worked with, were supportive throughout and made life bearable. Plus it was a great learning experience overall with the Regional Head's support.
