A humble man, very caring (in a different way). Cares for his worker and his supervisors under him (including me). Even if you make mistakes, he will try to assess the situation and rectify the problem with your help instead of scolding you abusively.
The challengesInternally and externally. Internally, that would be one of the older brothers, a self-centered person. You might have a hard time cooping with his demands. Externally, other contractors, that's it. You will know what I mean.
