    The challengesDealing a pressure when you are only given a tight schedule or tight time. Communicating into your customer and commit what you are commit in the first place like submission (just on time) .

    The good thingsColleagues and the company itself are very nice to work here. There is no need to rush for time in because the company applies the FLEX time which you, yourself can adjust base on what time do you want to login.
    The challengesWe all know being a engineer is already challenging same also to a company where being engineer is really needed. Everyday there are so many different challenges on the task or job you assigned with.
