Average pay but no job satisfactionThe good thingsSome nice colleagues but that is the only good thing. Other colleagues are cunning and will stop at nothing to sabotage you in order to make themselves look good, simply because they lack the talent to impress bosses.
The challengesUpper management lacks direction and clear communication. No career development and progression too. Whole day preach about contributions but fail to recognise those who really contributed in supporting operations. If you just want to teach, working part-time might be a better idea but even so, number of students is decreasing fast so pay is getting lower.
