Good place to learn and growThe good thingsThe colleagues here are friendly and helpful. The director and partner are also very willing to guide us along. Personally think that its a good learning ground for people who want to learn and grow into bigger roles and responsibilities. The firm is also very willing to promote and reward colleagues who have contributed.
The challengesThe learning curve can be steep but once we get used to it then its more or less fine. Timelines wise may be tight at times but guess its the same for every growing company, especially in the accounting industry.
