    The good thingsNo positive feeedback in the company.
    The challengesLack of work welfare. Work 247 with no benefits. Increment is non existence.

    The good thingsGood relations between operations team and warehouse teams. Both sides work to supplement each others workload.
    The challengesWorkload to salary ratio is uneven. There is huge disparity in salaries between operations and financial positions.
