    Lendlease provide great work environment, staff benefit and good work life balance
    The good thingsSafety is Lendlease first priority, they want all staff to go to work and come back from work safely. Provide an export programe for staff who would like to venture out of Singapore.
    The challengesThe career and growth opportunities here are limited because​​ there is no continuity of work after mega project ie Paya Lebar Quarter completed. Lendlease mostly doing pharmaceutical project, institutional project like international school etc and own development. Project opportunity is limited

    The good thingsLendlease is one of the best companies I have worked for and have introduced real work life balance. Many companies talk the talk but don’t action it. Lendlease does in my experiences
    The challengesDay to day construction brings many challenges. However the Lendlease systems and global minimum requirements are very effective tools to manage said challenges.

    The good thingsLend Lease can be say good company, but management has not taken care of their own staff in all aspects. Staff welfare is very poor, but management highlighted in their website so highly. Salary pay for employee what said in employee job offers. Communication very poor between employee and employer, overall Lend Lease company's has not trust for long time employment, staff can be kick out anytime
    The challengesLend Lease Management - given for our site assignment and perform very well even works all goes ahead schedule, but management has not appreciation for our quality good works with greatly followed safety as well. Staff has responsible for malty tasks with good profit, but even site management (or) top management has not appreciated our staff. Challenging for coordination between sub-contractor

    Some of the Senior Managers lack experience and Managing expertise.
    The good thingsPrompt Paymaster, sometimes pays attention to details, and has a good orientation program.
    The challengesBeing a construction company, physical demands can be challenging. The need to interact with foreign nationals are very high and quite challenging. Safety is always a key concern and need to pay extra effort at all times. Convincing your boss on work related challenges can always be an issue especially if they do not have 1st hand experience.
