    Join at your own discretion.
The good thingsJob is simple. Decent working hours.
The challengesBeware of manipulation, gaslighting and toxicity from the people who thinks they run the company. Self centered, power hungry humans running the middle management. Also, romours here spread faster than the truth. They ain't got time for empathy if you have personal issues. They only care about money

Good place if you plan to retire here. Average place if you have gone through life midway. Bad place if you plan to have work-life balance and starting a family or saving up money.
The good thingsFriendly work environment, CEO / Bosses rarely interfere with daily work, Decent maintenance of Vehicle Fleet, Easy to take Leave or MC. Decent meal breaks.
The challengesLong Hours, Lack of Benefits, Average Salary, Micro-Managers tend to think they bosses. Control Centre for N-EAS tends to be within 'Umbrella". If they see you can do more, they push it all to you. Those under their "Umbrella" will not be disturbed on ground.

    Fulfilling and worthwhile
The good thingsAble to accumulate life skills as well as keep abreast with updates on pre-hospital care facilitation. Opportunities to work with various related organisations.
The challengesThe salary may not be up to par as it is not as subjected to a educational grade scale. Progression is quite slow and will have to work for awhile to experience opportunities.

The good thingsThe people that you are working with are as close to family i should say.
The challengesIts a demanding task as saving lives is not an easy task and sometimes could really push you abit.
