Hostile environment with very high turn over rate
The good thingsStable income monthly with the stable sales of business despite COVID.
The challengesWhat can be worse when factory management instruct employee to give good feedback of the company instead of self reflection when nearly all the feedback on Glassdoor, jobstreet, or Google are negative. Very interestingly, the relatively better feedback also posted by the employer who left or having the thought of leaving. The HR system is totally a laughing stock when nothing is actioned despite all the feedback internally or externally.

Frog under the well mindset for the higher management and operation team
The good thingsThere is still a lot improvement can be done since the current quality system, production operation, culture, HR practice are far behind comparing to the similar industries
The challengesThe management mindset which having self satisfactory to the current status, especially keep promoting employee with no real capabilities to retain the core functions as the turn over rate is very high for recent years.

Increasing steps of improvement with significant impact to the cores of company's business
The good things1. No pay cut in these few years which shows that the company is still sustainable in the market and senior management valued all workers' effort to make the company functioning. 2. Higher management recruited some experienced personnel which help the team and grow the team. 3. Continuous company bonus profit support to all of the staff. 4. Room to discuss and progress in next higher level in job role.
The challengesStill a long way to transform and compete with current market trend in production, technology, resources (human & training) and quality process.

The good thingsNo need to do overtime.
The challengesToxic environment. There is no professional growth in such a hostile environment. There is also a severe lack of career development opportunities and is not a company for talented individuals seeking growth and development.

Mid-management and HR always think company did a lot to staff and therefore no improvement at all towards staff welfare. 6. Monkeys in the cage mindset.
