The good thingsThe office environment inside and outside amazing. The office itself is hi-tech in security, not to mention very modernized. All the equipment for Hardware development is at your disposal, from CAD design to prototyping. It has the largest EMC test equipment in Asia. The outside's traffic is light to moderate making travel less stressful.
The challengesLexmark is heavily focused on Printing Solution with its eye on Industrial Sales, I could only wish that it could diverge into consumer electronics while still retaining its hold on Printing Equipment. Some examples would be on unique products such as 3D printing would have made sense to me personally. But hey, as the saying goes, they see the forest while I could see the grass.
