    The good thingsFlexible working hours. Very friendly peers and colleague. Certain days work ends 2-3hrs early. Weekly pay. OT. Most of the time you will send home by the company driver after work is complete. Good starters for exconvict.
    The challengesNo CPF contribution. Expect hard labour work. No benefits. Bad weather like rain make the job even difficult to proceed. Heavy loads of good to be carried or on palatise. Heaviest single goods 35kg. Heaviest palatise goods 700kg-1ton. Expect backpain and soreness on certain days. OT consist of delivery or stacking of good on pallets.
