Appalling Leadership & Management
The good thingsLocal colleagues very cohesive and easy to work with. Good teamworks once rapport is established.
The challengesPoor leadership and management, management like to delegate roles and responsibility. Causing junior level with management scope and work load with heavy accountability. Problems which should be resolved at management levels are often-times forced down to executive level to resolve. Management are also very political and heavy self-interest to meet their own KPI instead of being a team player. Pretty much everything is expected to solve independently and pushed to lower levels.
