    Company has good boss that treat staffs well
    The good thingsYou will be taken care as an employee, younger staffs will mostly use the experience gained as a platflorm to progress into similar fields. Company have annual celebrations and takes feedbacks from employees
    The challengesThere may be limited progression within the company. There are senior staffs that has worked +10 to 20 years. Finding support after 5.30 could be hard. You need to know who to look for to assit.
