you will be overworked and burnout in less than a year
The good thingsTechnicians are very helpful in assisting to figure out the component manual
The challengesThe manager seriously need to improve on her managerial skills. Have not been meeting target for more than 2 years month over month. Always blaming the customer and never reviewing work process or feedbacks to improve on things. No point bringing up issues, feedback to the manager, you will end up having to solve the issue yourself. Manager is always messing up the outgoing PM Schedule for new trucks and in any of the coordinators absence, no one will help out with that days job. In short, don't bother applying, you will be overworked and burnout in less than a year.

The good thingsFreedom, Macro management, learning new things daily, friendly colleagues
The challengesWhat you do does not fit into the JD that you received at interview. If you are the kind of person saying Yes to everything, you will end up doing things which are not part of your JD. As an MNC company, they run like SME.
