    The challengesExpect you to do beyond your job scope however there’s no rewards although you’ve put in 100% effort in your job professionally. If you’re to move on with new career, remember to get your bonus first before tender, else you’ll automatically disqualified for bonus paid no matter how hard and commitment you’ve gave to this company.

    The challengesManagement doesn't have technical skills. Do not proper IT department structure. No team lead or consultant leading the team. Hard to communicate job progress with the manager. Manager lack of project managing skills. Low staff benefits. Not a good place for a fresh graduate student to start their carrier.
