    The good thingsI joined in 2008 ,After nine years of work,The boss helps to improve the learning technology course.Colleagues and team members are very helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile to help each other. Good for career development, many opportunities to develop and grow.
    The challengesProcessed products are very expensive, high quality and precision requirements .Technical requirements takes a little experience to get used to and to develop the knowledge over time.

    The good thingsWork-life balance which i really appreciate it a lot. Management and colleagues are very friendly and helpful. Stress free company to work in, work assigned are given sufficient time to complete. Company will sent me for relevant courses and pay raise is given upon completion. Overall, great working environment to grow and adsorb new knowledge.
    The challengesWas worried about being the only female in the production sector but it was overcome with helpful and understanding management and colleagues.

    Stable and Stress-free company to work in.
    The good things-Salary increment annually is provided even during the downturn. -Work-life balance. No overtime is required. No phone calls, emails or anything related to work is required from me during holidays and weekends. I can have plenty of rest and spend time with my family. -Company will send me to relevant courses for training and upgrading. -Management is very understanding and work assigned are usually given ample time to complete.
    The challengesSome foreign colleagues can be quite challenging to manage for HR activities due to the difference in culture and habit.
