    Great Learning Environment
    The good thingsThe people here are very friendly and willing to teach. You will get roped into meetings and every opinion is very much valued. It is a small but close-knit community. Although the career development is limited, there is a lot to learn and do. Very challenging but fulfilling job.
    The challengesThere are many projects ongoing and the pace of work is fast. The expectations are high. You get to experience a lot, but you are also expected to do a lot. While some of the paper work can be boring at times, you can expect a lot of fun times as well.
