    The good thingsFlexible work hours, fun to work with children, many food options at Siglap branch. Great to have very friendly team.
    The challengesNot many food options near the main branch(mandarin gardens). Commute was Long for me from my residence.

    A great learning experience for myself overall.
    The good things- Had a good learning experience at Little Artist Art Studio - Learnt a lot from each other from the little kids/students - Made good some good companionship with some of the Art Teachers like Teacher Shalini and Teacher Kim as well.
    The challenges- At the first, I was unsure where everything was, but at the end, I tried and figured it out myself or asked for help if necessary.

    The work experience was great I had a great time as well.
    The good thingsMy good points:- - Helping out with the students - Helped to arrange most of the art materials before the class started. - I learned a lot from the students and had a great time with them as well.
    The challengesSome of the challenges with working with this company was that I slightly felt shy at the beginning of the class, but slowly I got hold of the students and made some good companionship or a good bond with them as well. Moreover, I was unsure of where all the materials were at first, but at the end i asked for help and it was useful for me as well.

    The good thingsLittle Artists is a great place to work with excellent opportunity to grow and work with senior management. There is immense support from the team members.
    The challengesNo apparent challenges.Its only that since one of the Studios was based out of a residential complex, the eating joints closeby were limited.

    The good thingsA great workplace, paid trials to join the workplace which in my 15 years career had never experienced earlier. An enrichment centre with more than 1500 students. An organization where students have studied and again come to teach as an art educator. That itself speaks about the company. I have heard about very few companies where employees have come back and started working their 2nd stint. This company has a lot of ex-staff joining back to be a part of this great organization.
    The challengesAny company is made up of its employees. Challenges are a part of every organization and the employee who can manage them well can help the company to achieve greater heights.

    Not recommended unless you need a job
    The good thingsGreat colleagues to work with. Kids are kids and it’s always a joy to be around them.
    The challengesYou won’t have a life working here. Freaking long hours and they want you to work both weekends, squeezing you dry. No bonus No perks nothing. Boss will maximise everything from you - expects no mistakes in the art the kids are doing. Admin messy. Part timers earn more than the full timers if you were to count properly.

    The good thingsLittle Artists is a place which provides a learning platform and a great exposure for the new talent to learn and grow. As a fresher, it provided me with ability to work independently and take ownership of the various operational processes. The atmosphere is supportive and fosters new methods and improvements to increase productivity.
    The challengesIt is very busy during HP and Camp as it is high admission time, so the work pressure increases comparatively. It is a great learning opportunity.

    The good thingsI love Little Artists, I started my job with little Artist and I learned alot things from this job ...very friendly creative environment .. always keen to upgrade the standards of learning process for kids, staff is highly educated and amazing ,very supportive very helpful, director it self take good care of each of the person working for little artists and very close observation for kids progress ..very passionate for art full of knowledge and techniques of art .. she amazing as a guide mentor for any student and staff always felt nice being in little Artist .. Enjoyed everyday working there. Really appreciated what Little Artists gave me as in amazing experience of working as a art teacher. Thanks .
