    Good company but very old school
    The good thingsPeople are friendly and people are closely bonded. Very nice CEO
    The challengesThe company is very traditional working with old blood that had been there for more than 20 years that refuse to change. GM and SM that do not talk like professionals. HR that totally don't know how to manage HR related matters

    The good thingsThe learning curve is pretty steep, but then again, the folks there are friendly enough to assist you in giving you suitable challenges. The welfare is pretty good as well.
    The challengesThe working hours are a fair bit longer than normal, and requiring you to work on your own at home and stuff
