    The good thingsBoss will frequently buy food for staff and will lend money to staff who have financial difficulties. Focus on work/life balance. No much stress at work.
    The challengesNo form of monetary rewards for performing well at work. No promotion or salary increment. Management does not show concern for staff's health and well-being. Lack of cooperation from the management and staff.
