The company is good with track records, but...

The good things- Strong spirit within the team - You may experience to work with different clients from various industries and enhance your knowledges on industries - Work-Life Balance for some of the positions

The challenges- "Can do" is not the solution, "How to do" shall be the consideration from the team - Limit on career progression for long term as very small SME
