    Good to Bad to Worst
    The good thingsFun environment to work with, however senior management in HQ takes the shame.
    The challengesSenior management in HQ implements a lot of unrealistic practices with cost cutting measures which affects staff welfares then expects great service with constant upselling of reviews.

    The good thingsLots of room for you to grow in this company. They have a really awesome onboarding and training programme. One of the rare companies that empower and challenge their team members to make decisions. Fun and casual environment.

    The good thingsI get a chance to work with amazing people. I have so much fun at work everyday. I get constantly influenced and inspired by my colleagues. I really couldn't ask for more.

    The good thingsGood Incentive packages for all level of staff Food and Service are high and people care about doing a great job String staff development plans for junior staff wanting to move up
    The challengesIts a smaller company so management staff have to more responsibilities than bigger company. The restaurants are fast paced and busy. Not for the people looking for stand around job

    The good thingsDirectors and management empower staff to succeed, spending time on wellbeing, training and development and pushing them to improve their own skills. This is a company that really cares for staff and wants to keep them on board long-term!

    Great Culture & Working Environment
    The good thingsDuring the 2 years spent with The Loco Group, I learnt many new skills. The working culture is fantastic, very casual environment. Extremely diverse group of professionals. There is inclusivity and personal encouragement always offered. Managers were polite and friendly always giving support. Fun and tongue-in-cheek company branding and marketing strategies. Group of Directors are very polite and friendly especially the Tan Brothers. Training department goes above and beyond to uphold the service standards and employee morale.
    The challengesOffice is a little small tends to get messy and disorganised, pay increment and staff benefits could improve.

    The challengesManagement team should be those who has long experience in the Company.In-house promotion and not out-sourced. So lost motivation to do best as no matter how much one did, company overlooked on promotions and progress.

    The good thingsGreat team of staff, motivated and hardworking! Fun festive culture!
    The challengesSenior management implements a lot of unrealistic practices, cost cutting measures and expect service and the food quality to be as good as before. People follow leaders not companies. A bad leader will bring the house down. Working with leaders like that, was the biggest challenge.
