The challengesYou get hired just for them but they cut your shifts and schedule for you to work 3-5 shifts in one month. Shifts given are not always full shifts either. This is concerning for part-timers as most of them actually need extra income but LB just keep hiring when they don't have to budget to schedule you for work.
