    Small local presence but workforce management is terribly lousy
    The good thingsTo be honest, there is none.
    The challengesLousy workforce management whereby the local middle management doesn't know how to manage subordinates and their mindset is even worse than SG SME.

    Its a great place to serve as a lily pad.
    The good things- Actual work in a typical day can be compressed to a couple of hours - Please use the down time wisely
    The challenges- Lack of career progression - Repititive - Foreign management with an ethnocentric view - Management slow in processing feedback and administering changes
