    The good thingsIts been three years in Luxoft and I feel every day has been exciting for me to keep coming back to work in this organisation. I've seen tremendous growth in this past 3 years. In spite of the very fast growth, the focus on bringing in the best talent in the industry, nurturing them with growth in their knowledge and career aspirations and a great team culture is what sets Luxoft apart from the other organizations.
    The challengesStill working remotely and few days from office would be nice to interact with colleagues staying in the city.
