    The good thingsThe company is fairly straightforward, working in organised groups that function systematically. The management provide some freedom to express myself and have flexible working hours. Working here lets me feel treasured, as I am given respect and the freedom to voice my opinions. My employer is also kind and reasonable, they do not punish me severely over the minute mistakes i make.
    The challengesHowever, some of the staff in the company have a terrible working attitude, instead of positively helping the company, they create obstacles for others. They have been given leeway to change their work ethics, but the problem still persists, hence i feel that the company should perform more drastic measures.
